Psychologist Tomi Redman is passionate about assisting people to work towards happier and more fulfilling lives. She believes that the role of a psychologist is to work collaboratively and supportively with individuals or couples to gain skills, understanding and capacity to approach life difficulties from a more optimistic and strength-based position.
Tomi has been working as a counsellor for around 20 years. She specialises in working with adults, individually or in couples. All of Tomi’s treatment approaches are evidence-based best practice, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Brain Based Therapy and PACT Couples Therapy.
